There are a range of options available to you, and depending on your preference, you can take any of the following options:

Flying

The four closest airports to Sainte Foy are.:

Geneva (2-3 hours away), Lyon (2-3 hours away) and Grenoble (2 hours away), Chambéry (1-2 hours away).

They are all serviced by the low cost airlines, and we recommend booking early for the best prices.  On arriving at the airport, you have the choice of several hire car companies, and again it is well worth booking ahead. Or you could take public transport, or book a transfer, to Sainte Foy.

We recommend COOLBUS for airport transfers, who operate a fleet of state-of-the-art, ultra comfortable Volkswagen Caravelle mini buses at very competitive rates.

Driving

There is free underground parking for one car, with all our properties.

Coming from the UK, you can take the Eurotunnel crossing from Folkstone to Calais;

Alternatively, there are several ferry options including P&O Ferries, and DFDS, both providing crossings for the shortest route between Dover and Calais.

Depending on road conditions, driving time is approximately 9-10 hours from Calais to Sainte Foy.  Many of our UK clients take advantage of their journey through France to make an overnight stop, perhaps half way, such as Troyes, or closer to Sainte Foy.

By Train

A favoured option for those wanting to benefit from an extra couple of days skiing, is taking the Eurostar, which runs directly from St Pancras in London or Ashford, to Bourg Saint Maurice, which is just a 20 minute transfer to Sainte Foy.  Direct trains run from London St Pancras to Bourg Saint Maurice on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.  Return trains depart Saturday morning and afternoon.

Transfers

We recommend Coolbus, Mountain Rescue and SnowDrone, who run regular transfers from all the above Airports and Bourg St Maurice train station, to and from Sainte Foy ski resort, throughout the winter.
